He will be signing his just published "Great Italian American Food in New England." Extra copies of the book will be on-hand. Carafoli is a frequent shopper at the Osterville Farmers' Market--and many market items are key ingredients in his amazing recipes. Your favorite vendors at the market will feature special seasonal recipes incorporating apples and fall vegetables in their offerings. Items on-hand will include breads, cheeses, honey, corn, squash, pumpkins, olive oils, savory and sweet pies, herbs, and more.
